A short explanation for young players

You do not need an account. The game may send a technical device identifier, the nickname you choose and information about your game to fix problems and improve the app. Do not use your real name as a nickname or include personal information. You can ask a parent to contact us.

2. Data and purposes

Email enquiries

We process your email address, message and voluntarily supplied information to answer and follow up your request.

Game technical logs

The game may transmit a device identifier, a freely chosen nickname and game data (progress, actions, configuration, errors and technical events). These data are used to diagnose faults, keep the service secure and improve the app. No account is created.

3. Legal bases

Enquiries are processed in our legitimate interest in answering users or, before a contract, to take requested steps. Logs strictly necessary for operation, security and diagnosis rely on our legitimate interests. Optional improvement logs are sent only after an explicit choice in the app and can be disabled at any time.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data are available only to authorised publisher staff and technical hosting or maintenance providers as needed for their tasks. Data are not sold or used for advertising. Apple and Google stores process their own data under their policies. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, the publisher will use a safeguard recognised by the GDPR and provide the required information.

5. Retention

At the end of these periods, data are deleted or anonymised.

6. Children

The service is aimed in particular at children aged 10 and over. Information is written simply and users should not use their real name as a nickname. Where optional processing relies on consent and concerns a child under 15 in France, joint consent from the child and holder of parental responsibility is required. Refusing optional logs does not prevent play.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. We may need the device identifier or nickname to locate the logs.

8. Security, cookies and external services

Reasonable safeguards restrict unauthorised access, alteration and loss. The website uses no advertising cookies, audience analytics, newsletters or profiling. It may load external technical resources such as web fonts, whose provider may receive the IP address and browser information. Local hosting is recommended to avoid that external request.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the app.
