Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to the website and the free Mac and Windows demo versions of uRuk. No purchase is made directly on this website. Any paid version offered through the App Store or Google Play is governed by the relevant store’s terms.
2. Access and recommended age
uRuk is intended for users aged 10 or over. Minors should use it with the permission and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. No account is required.
3. Demo licence
The publisher grants a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the demo for private or non-commercial educational purposes. Selling, renting, redistributing, bypassing protections, extracting content or attempting to derive source code is prohibited, except where mandatory law permits it.
4. Download and security
Users must check device compatibility and maintain appropriate backups. Demos are provided as available and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn.
5. Prohibited conduct
Users must not impair the operation or security of the website, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully or in breach of third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property and credits
No ownership rights are transferred. Trade marks, creations and content remain the property of their respective owners. Detailed credits are available in the application.
7. Personal data
Contact requests and technical logs are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for harm caused by misuse, incompatibility, third-party services or events beyond its control. Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory rights.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated. The version published at the time of use applies. French law governs them, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence. The parties will first seek an amicable solution; jurisdiction is determined by applicable mandatory rules.
